Gap Logics is a service of G&K Media LLC (“Gap Logics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our site, request a demonstration, purchase a service, or use an AI Receptionist or Reputation Management service.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect business and contact information, form submissions, service and onboarding details, appointment information, communications, call metadata or recordings when enabled and lawfully authorized, connected-platform review data, and billing or transaction information. Payment-card data is handled by our payment providers rather than stored directly by Gap Logics.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to respond to requests, configure and provide services, schedule appointments, process payments, support customers, secure and troubleshoot our systems, comply with law, and improve service quality. AI systems may assist with call handling, intake, scheduling, review triage, and response drafting within approved configurations and safeguards.

REPUTATION MANAGEMENT DATA

Customers publish reviews directly on Google, Facebook, Yelp, or another review platform. Gap Logics does not copy a review written in a Gap Logics form onto those platforms. Connected-platform reviews may be ingested for monitoring, alerts, human-approved response workflows, and reporting. Yelp responses remain monitored and manually published where platform rules require it.

HOW INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the service, including hosting, communications, scheduling, payment, analytics, and connected-platform providers; when required by law; to protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transaction. Providers receive only the access reasonably needed for their role.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

Our site and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, security, analytics, and conversion measurement. Browser settings may allow you to limit some cookies.

RETENTION AND SECURITY
